  I just wanted to thank your society for restoring the Henry Hanka Homestead. My husband & I took a wonderful tour just this past Saturday and the Navy Vet who toured us around was wonderful. He
  knew so much and was a treat to speak with.
  
  There have been many historic places that I have been to, but truly, I fell in love with the place. It has such a warm, welcoming feel and it also felt like you had just been invited onto Henry's
  property and had the feeling of a person's home by not being overly staged. I just wanted to say you all did the right thing in restoring Henry's home. I bet he would be proud.
  
  A pat on the back to all of you and again thank you for letting us step back 100 years and see the life of a regular person's home.
  
  I posted some teaser pictures on Facebook in hopes to intice more folks to tour and so far everyone loves it.

  Hi Folks
  I toured the Hanks Homestead on Saturday. I hadn't been there for several years so it was good to see it again. Its important to maintain this important part of our history.
  Thanks for all you folks do.
